Being a flat land,Ba Khan is vast and lies precariously between the rock mountains and Da’s reservoir.It has its own beauty that easily attract anybody. It was once a large untouched mountain region but changed since the area has become large dam water following the construction of the hydroelectric plant in Hoa Binh in 1979. Until now, it is an attractive place for all travelers and is better known by the name Ba Khan.
