Puluong Nature Reserve is one of the most spectacular areas of Vietnam’s North with soaring limestones peaks and deep green rice terraces dotted with ethnic Thai’s nimority villages. The area is relativaly untouched by mass tourism. This is a perfect place for a couple of days of trekking or chilling. There are some beautiful traditional styles accommodations that sit in harmony with landscapes. Just a short jaunt from Mai Chau, Pu Luong Nature Reserve worths a visit to see endangered species like leopards, civets and bears, as well as many different types of bird species.
