Meo Vac town is a outspot not far from the Chinese Border in Ha Giang province. The town is at one end of the spectacular Dong Van – Meo Vac drive. Try to visit the area on the Sunday where the market takes place behind the town, you will see the minority people from the surrounding moutain descend on the town. The locals trade horses, pigs, cattles and even dogs. Meo Vac Sunday market is probably one of the most photogenic places you will visit in Ha Giang.
